As assistant team leader you are the team leader's right hand. You help the team get going, keep an eye on day-to-day operations and learn the craft of leading people.
What you will do
- Supporting: you help the team leader with day-to-day management
- Planning: you divide tasks and keep track of progress
- Coaching: you help colleagues and train new employees
- Quality: you keep an eye on quality, safety and agreements
- Recording: you process hours and report discrepancies
- Hands-on: you work on the floor wherever the team needs you
What you bring
- You have experience in logistics; first experience in leading people is a plus
- You keep the overview and take initiative
- You inspire and work well with colleagues
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
Working hours
Full-time, in day shift or shift work by agreement.
What you get from us
- €2,598 to €3,300 gross per month for 40 hours, depending on work experience
- Pay equal to that of permanent colleagues at the client, under the NBBU collective agreement
- Premiums for evening, night, weekend and public holiday work, where applicable
- Weekly payment
- 8.33% holiday pay and 25 days off under the NBBU collective agreement
- Pension build-up through StiPP under the collective agreement
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 10 km one way
