As a production worker you contribute directly to what the customer receives. You work in a team, following clear instructions, and quickly get to know the line.
What you will do
- Producing: you work on the production line and process products
- Packing: you pack products carefully according to instructions
- Quality: you check products and remove any that are off
- Replenishing: you make sure raw materials and packaging are at the line
- Hygiene: you work according to the hygiene and safety rules
- Teamwork: you coordinate with your team
What you bring
- Experience in production is a plus; eagerness to learn is more important
- You work precisely and like an active working day
- You enjoy working with your team
- You speak Dutch or English
Working hours
Day shift or shift work, discussed with you in advance.
What you get from us
- €14.99 to €16.50 gross per hour, depending on work experience
- Pay equal to that of permanent colleagues at the client, under the NBBU collective agreement
- Premiums for evening, night, weekend and public holiday work, where applicable
- Weekly payment
- 8.33% holiday pay and 25 days off under the NBBU collective agreement
- Pension build-up through StiPP under the collective agreement
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 10 km one way
