You get the best out of your team. Become a logistics team leader in the Zoetermeer area: you lead a team of 8 to 20 colleagues in the warehouse and are the point of contact for the shop floor and the client.
As logistics team leader you set the atmosphere and the pace on the floor. You make sure everyone in the team knows what is expected of them and that everyone works safely and enjoys it.
What you will do
- Leading: you lead the team every day and motivate colleagues
- Planning: you divide the work and monitor progress
- Quality and safety: you make sure agreements are kept and work is done safely
- Coaching: you train new colleagues and help them grow
- Administration: you record hours, leave and absence
- Liaising: you coordinate with the client and our office
What you bring
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a foreman, team leader or supervisor in logistics
- You know warehouse processes and work with WMS systems
- You inspire, listen and address colleagues in a pleasant way
- You have a good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
Working hours
Full-time in day shift. When it is busy, we agree extra shifts with you in advance.
What you get from us
- €2,598 to €4,200 gross per month for 40 hours, depending on work experience
- Pay equal to that of permanent colleagues at the client, under the NBBU collective agreement
- Premiums for evening, night, weekend and public holiday work, where applicable

- 8.33% holiday pay and 25 days off under the NBBU collective agreement
- Pension build-up through StiPP under the collective agreement
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre from 10 km one way
